When accuracy and expert analysis matter
From the chronological summary to a board-certified physician's expert opinion — every tier is built on the same complete, organized record.
Tier one · $0.20 / page
Every visit, study, procedure, and provider in one timeline: date, provider, facility, and what happened. Records from every source are merged into a single chronology. AI-based tools help organize the record and surface findings; your reviewer then verifies everything against the source PDFs — speed never substitutes for accuracy. Significant entries — imaging results, work restrictions, gaps in treatment, prior complaints involving the same body part — are flagged where they occur in the record.
Each case is assigned to a nurse practitioner, physician assistant, or physician — every one of them based in North America and actively engaged in clinical practice — whose experience matches the matter: orthopedic records to a reviewer with orthopedic experience, cardiac records to one who has worked in cardiology. When you open a case you tell us whether you're a law firm, a physician practice, or a carrier, and whether the matter is plaintiff, defense, workers' compensation, or malpractice — so the summary is organized the way your side of the file actually gets used.
Deliverable: PDF chronological summary; Word copy on request.
Tier two · $0.30 / page
Everything in the Record Summary, plus a focused clinical analysis of what the record shows: significant findings placed in context, treatment gaps and inconsistencies flagged, prior and pre-existing conditions identified and traced through the chart. The analysis is prepared by the same clinician who built your summary — someone whose background fits the case matter — and it stays on the factual side of the line: what the record demonstrates, not conclusions about causation or the merits.
Deliverable: the full chronological summary plus a clinical analysis section.
Tier three · Custom — contact us for a quote
For the cases where the medicine decides the outcome. A board-certified physician — in the specialty the case calls for — reviews the complete record and renders expert opinions on causation, permanency, disability, and future care — the same medical-legal analysis courts and counsel rely on in compulsory medical examinations. This tier is quoted per case from our medical-legal fee schedule; contact us with the case outline and we'll provide a written estimate.
Deliverable: full chronological summary and analysis, plus a signed expert review memorandum.
On purpose
Objectivity is the discipline of the house. Every finding is reported as the record shows it, and nothing is shaded to fit a theory, because the only summary worth putting your name on is one that holds up under cross-examination. What you tell us at intake shapes the focus of the review, never its findings. Opinions enter only at the expert tier, only in writing, and only from a physician qualified to give them, grounded in what the record supports.
Summaries and analyses inform your judgment; they don't replace it. What you conclude from the record, and how you use it, stays with you and your experts — until you retain our expert tier, where the opinions are the physician's own.
